We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original packaging and like-new condition. Please note that software, reeds, and earplugs are non-returnable for hygiene and licensing reasons.

Yes, all new instruments and electronics come with a full manufacturer's warranty. uMusic Shop also offers an optional extended protection plan for accidental damage.
